The steps below are to be used when reporting complaints and grievances:

WTC Administrator will contact you with an appointment date with in 48 hours of receiving the form.

This step should be taken only after the student has unsuccessfully attempted to resolve the matter with the school and has first filed a written and signed complaint form with the Campus President. To file a formal grievance or complaint please complete the form below.
