Operation and Maintenance

This plan is the driving force behind the operation and maintenance needed to ensure efficiency and maintenance are maintained. The objective of the plan is to provide a safe space for students to learn and grow into professionals. This plan is reviewed and discussed once a year and is modified as needed. All campus needs are shared with the President and modifications are implemented as they are approved.


The purpose of this plan is to ensure that the privacy, safety, and security of data is contained within the technical infrastructure of the institution networks


This plan addresses the adequacy and improvement of all physical facilities and technical infrastructure and how it is maintained.


Default Management Plan

The default management plan process begins with the financial aid process and should continue after graduation. It is our goal to maintain constant contact providing all students with the tools needed to ensure that student loans are in good standing and in repayment status Williams Technical College’s goal is to have no more than a 10% default rate. Williams Technical College uses five steps in order to manage default rates.
